Ways to work together

Practical support for complicated processes.

Each service is educational and administrative in nature. If your situation requires legal advice or representation, you will be encouraged to contact a licensed attorney.

01

Legal Process Education

Plain-language information about common legal processes, terminology, roles, and what people may encounter along the way.

General education—not advice about what you should do.
02

Advocacy Preparation

Help organizing questions, concerns, and key facts so you can communicate more clearly with agencies, professionals, or support organizations.

Preparation—not speaking or negotiating on your behalf.
03

Document Organization

Administrative help sorting records, creating a chronology, labeling files, and building an organized information packet.

Organization—not selecting legal strategy or drafting pleadings.
04

Compliance Education

Educational resources that make policies, obligations, and risk-awareness concepts easier to understand for individuals and small organizations.

Education—not a legal opinion or compliance certification.

Education and support together

Choose the level of support that feels right.

Tell Alexxis what you are trying to understand, prepare, or organize. Do not send sensitive documents in the first email.

2

You will receive a clear explanation of what support can be offered—and when an attorney or another professional is the right resource.

3

Build a plan

Work through the information in an organized way and leave with practical materials, questions, or next steps.

Questions, answered

Know the boundaries before we begin.

Clear expectations protect you and keep the work focused on the support Alexxis can appropriately provide.

Are you an attorney?

No. Alexxis is not an attorney, and Legal Advocacy with Lexxus is not a law firm. Services provide general legal education, advocacy preparation, compliance education, and administrative organization—not legal advice or representation.

Can you tell me what I should do in my case?

No. Alexxis can explain general processes and help you organize information and questions, but she cannot interpret the law for your specific circumstances, recommend a legal strategy, or advise you about what action to take.

Can you represent me or contact the other side?

No. Legal Advocacy with Lexxus does not appear in court, negotiate, contact opposing parties on your behalf, or act as your legal representative.

What should I include in my first message?

Briefly explain what you want to understand, prepare, or organize. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, medical records, passwords, or time-sensitive court documents in an initial email.

What if I have a deadline or an emergency?

Do not rely on this service for urgent legal deadlines or emergencies. Contact a licensed attorney, the appropriate court or agency, or emergency services. Calling or emailing does not create a client relationship.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the original appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice receive a 50% refund. One reschedule is permitted and the payment transfers to the new appointment. A late rescheduling request may be treated as a late cancellation, but Alexxis may waive that charge and transfer the full payment. After an appointment has been rescheduled once, the payment is nonrefundable. Missed appointments are nonrefundable.
